April 30 – customer service for individuals as usual on Saturday. On May 1, 2, 3, 8, 9, 10 only duty offices will work. Their list can be found in the SberBank Online mobile application in the On the map section and on the bank's website in the Offices and ATMs section.
May 4 is a day off. May 5, 6, 7 and 11 — offices will work as usual.
Contributions
For deposits that end from May 1 to May 3, the prolongation will be postponed to May 4. For deposits that end from May 8 to May 10 – on May 11. On April 30 and May 7, the prolongation of deposits will be carried out as usual.
If customers decide to use the money after the end of the deposit, they will be able to do it without restrictions on any day in SberBank Online or at a bank branch in accordance with the work schedule.
Loans
Loan payments will be debited as usual. You can make a payment until the first working day inclusive without any delay if the payment date falls on a weekend or holiday.
Corporate clients
From April 30 to May 4 and from May 7 to May 10, 2022, corporate clients will not be served at the bank's offices, with the exception of business registration and opening of certain types of accounts.
