Alarm signals from the camp of the football school of Nikolai Murashko began to arrive in the fall. The FSM has always been known as a news generator in the Belarusian football space, most of which, however, were with a plus sign. Of course, there were also negative moments, such as the first exodus of teams, players and coaches in 2017, when the FSM first introduced tuition fees. Then the helmsman of the country's most progressive school explained the ongoing processes with a desire to find out who was sailing with him in the same boat, and who only created the appearance of unity.

However, the FSM survived the changes quite painlessly and confidently moved further along the path of its development. The persistence of the founding businessman in achieving his goals resulted in the first global success – the construction of his own field, which became akin to a revolution for a private football school in Belarus. With what money and how it was erected is not known for certain, but the fact that Murashko, in addition to his own funds, borrowed large sums and will return them for a long time is a well-known fact.

However, the problems of the leader of the Indians were not very worried, and they continued to enjoy the benefits that he generously distributed almost for next to nothing, if not completely free. Until the unity of the Belarusian FSM and the Italian Inter took place. After the frenzy of celebrations and jubilation over the opening of the Inter Academy in Minsk passed, harsh everyday life began. The use of the Italian brand, obviously, resulted in a pretty penny for the Belarusian partners, and over time forced them to reconsider their approaches to pricing for end users. This is how the second exodus of coaches, teams and players from the FSM camp happened. But Nikolai Antonovich, as always, has his own explanations for this, different from our assumptions.

According to Murashko, giving away for free the competencies acquired in the process of cooperation with Inter, the FSM itself gave rise to a community of consumers in the person of the parents of the players and began to gradually turn into a kind of public school, where the result prevails over common sense. Moreover, both coaches and parents were infected with a terrible virus, who felt how they were growing by leaps and bounds in a favorable environment created for them.

And everything would be fine, the owner is a gentleman, and the school is private, do what you want, if not for one but. We are talking about children who were blocked access to training, but in fact they were simply put out on the street. Outraged parents began to sound alarms until they finally reached the football federation.

We, the parents of children of athletes-students of the team born in 2007 football school of Nikolay Murashko Football School LLC, we are asking for help in coordinating and obtaining information support in connection with the situation that has arisen between us and Nikolay Murashko Football School LLC (hereinafter referred to as the Organization).
In November 2018, between the Organization and us (hereinafter referred to as the Customers), agreements were concluded for the sports training of student athletes (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement), the subject of which, in accordance with clause 1 of the Agreement, is a comprehensive, planned process of training an Athlete-student in football, aimed to improve his sportsmanship and achieve sports results, and the Athlete-student undergoes the specified sports training in compliance with the requirements established by law and the contract. In accordance with clause 19 of the agreement, the term of the agreement is set until June 22, 2025 (until the child reaches the age of majority). The relations of the Parties regarding settlements under this agreement are valid until their full execution. At the end of 2018, in accordance with clauses 9.1-9.5 of the Agreement, the Customers made an advance payment for 2 years of study (20 months).
In fact, to date, the obligations for 2018-2019 for the training process have been fully paid by the Customers and fulfilled by the Organization in full. Obligations for 2019-2020 for the training process in accordance with the Agreement are paid by the Customers in full, however, they are not properly fulfilled by the Organization.
Since December 19, the complex, planned process of training Athletes-students in football has been suspended for an unknown reason. On the part of the Organization, it was proposed to conclude contracts with a change in the essential conditions, in particular, the cost, the subject of the contract, as well as the obligations of the Organization regarding the provision of sportswear and footwear, etc. The options proposed by the Organization do not correspond to the initially proposed conditions for the process of training Student Athletes on football.
Since January 2020, the organization has offered to conduct a training process not on the field on the street. Serov, 18 (assigned to the football school), and on the street. Nadezhdinskaya, 21, which belongs to secondary school 55 in Minsk, which does not meet the safety conditions for training sessions (there are depressions on the football field of such dimensions that one cannot but be afraid for the health of children)). Field on st. Serova, 18 at the same time is empty or rented to outside organizations and citizens.
Also, Nikolai Murashko Football School LLC is taking systematic actions aimed at worsening the training process.Without warning, there was a replacement of the coach, who completely arranged both athletes-who are athletes and us, since it was with him that the team reached a certain level.
The promised coaches of the Inter Academy of Milan are absent, as such, although we were consistent with the use of our children's data. Training is offered, with coaches, the qualifications of which are not given complete information. The trainers of the goalkeepers were fired in September 2019 and to date, there are no necessary training process.
The current situation does not affect the moral condition of children in the best way. The deplorable situation also occurs with the rest of the FSM teams. When parents are applying for the termination of contracts by LLC “Football School of Nikolai Murashko”, it is indicated the need to repay debts to the school, although the training was paid forward in accordance with the contracts.
We ask you to assist and coordinate the situation, since it is significant not only for us, but also for other parents of athletes.

It was time to ask a few questions to the FSM leadership in order to explain once again the general public what is happening at the Belarusian-Italian Academy, what awaits those who have not yet decided and those who decided to stay and swim further in the same boat with their captain. And not only with him. Now, in the leadership of the FSM, a serious role is played, which once remained in the shadow of the commander -in -chief, Tatyana Sidlyarova – a gray cardinal, a generator of ideas and a faithful ally of Nikolai Murashko.

N.M.: Thanks to Inter, we have received competence. During this year, our coaches absorbed invaluable knowledge, and we see it, and the Italians note this. What do we see according to the sports model? 2010 that we recruited. We give them knowledge, they get a sports result. 2007-a team that 2-3 years ago lost to Minsk 0:20, I well remember this match, today the 5-6th in the city and breathes the top three in the back. 2006 – guys who only began to engage in football at 9 years old. We went through high schools and took them from scratch, after the rest of the clubs, selection was carried out. And now 7 people are moving to BATE! That is, guys who are involved in only 3-4 years are expelled from BATE football players, who have already been in football for 6-7 years. But we see that when we give people knowledge, they take this knowledge and become consumers. That is, the competence that we give is to the detriment. And now, at the meeting of parents of the tenth year, I hear the question when we will beat Dynamo? We came to the conclusion that initially our mistake was that we made this project free.

TS: We concluded that good quality should not be cheap.Yes, in the contracts that we initially concluded with parents, the cost of education was prescribed, but we exempted people from payment. Some parents paid, some did not. Why is the hysteria starting now? Because what we gave really liked both children and parents. And when we announced the price for this, the parents did not get ready and left, but began to resent. I'll give you an example. There is some kind of service, it costs something. You have two options – buy this service or go looking for something cheaper. What is happening now? The position of parents is such that they do not want to look for a cheaper service, they want this service. Only cheaper, and better free, as it was.

– But after all, initially people came to you on the terms that this service is provided free of charge.

T.S.: Not for free. Initially, the cost of 170 rubles per month was prescribed in the contract. We exempted people from paying, but they were warned that at any moment the payment would be introduced. And now they are surprised, make wide eyes. Why? Because they want this service for free! And most of all resent those who are able to pay. In the team of 2007 there are more than half of them. For those who belong to the socially unprotected segments of the population, we offered not 230 rubles, but 95. Players of licensed ages pay 100 rubles each, with the exception of 2002 and 2003. The only condition that we prescribe, in case of leaving for another club, is to compensate us for the costs incurred for the education of the child. Why should we transfer our work to another club?

N.M.: What is happening globally right now? We have now traveled to Lithuania, went to Vitesse to Slutsky, communicated with people. There is no free sport anywhere. He won't be here soon. We have come to the conclusion that when we give something for free, then the value of what we give is zero. Therefore, now we will give knowledge for money. Second moment. We've added compensation. These are the numbers that are called inadequate. 15,000 euros is the obligation to conclude the first contract with us after graduation. And that's it. What's wrong here? The amount of compensation that is registered in the federation is 100 b.v. – 2700 rubles. We now have 3 requests for football players in 2002 from various clubs. And at the same time, clubs force our parents to come to us and ask to release the player for free. How then can we raise football players in this system if the school does not receive money for education?

— Does Inter Academy FSM Minsk exist today? If so, which teams or players and how many are included?

N.M.: What doubts do you have? Of course there is. We have an agreement with Inter signed until 2023. The costs associated with Inter Academy are not the kind of money we need to talk about. Building a football field is many times more expensive. The question is that we have received competence for this money and clearly see where we can apply it. We have trainers who are able to work with children in a new way.Look, only in the ABFF how many coaches we handed over.

– Why did Italian coaches stop coming to Minsk?

N.M.: Now we are talking with Inter to come their goalkeeper coach. According to our program, we can attract not only coaches of one or another age. We can take a coach for the development of some quality, a trainer in the preparation, a goalkeeper coach. To date, it is more relevant for us to train trainers in goalkeepers.

TS: With the Italians, we agreed on this in the fall, but, unfortunately, we have been looking for our trainer for goalkeepers for a long time.

– For what reason that became the best at the Inter FSM Camp, German Chaly and Yaroslav Shik did not go to internship in Inter?

TS: Herman Chaly due to the fact that he moved to BATE. We expect information from him when he can go. The club does not let him go. Under the contract with Inter, we can send 20 people a year. But it is expensive to get by the plane, so we agreed to send 40 people once every two years by bus.

– When does the first bus go to Milan?

N.M.: By the way, since they started talking about this, the mother of Yaroslav Schik first for the sake of Camp, and then in order to train his son with us, left Novopolotsk, left her husband there, rent an apartment here, but she does not want to pay for training. This is fine?

– Why did the mass departure of coaches from the Inter Academy of the FSM Minsk occur?

N.M.: We did not have any mass departure of the coaches. From the moment the events discussed now, two people have left. If we talk about an earlier period, the coaches of the goalkeepers of the Munteans and Roshchin went. They were invited to the created goalkeeper football school, lured with money. The school never opened. As a result, now Munteans are sitting in Kalinkovichi, and Roshchin in Alexandria. And Gigevich and Yaroslavsky went to big football, one in Dynamo, the second in Smolevichi.

– Since the New Year, football players are offered training under the leadership of coaches, the qualifications of which have no complete information and in the fields of not corresponding to safety conditions. How long will this state of affairs last?

TS: The contract does not spell out either the qualifications of the coach or the fields on which training is held. We must organize the training process, which we do. The SS field No. 55 is absolutely suitable for classes, there is a school of Peter Vasilevsky and other schools. This field, of course, is worse than on Serov, but there is nothing critical there. Simply, when I got used to the better, I no longer want to return to the good.

– Why began to revise the current agreements with the parents of the players concluded before 2025? After all, parents were ready to fulfill them.

TS: According to the Civil Code, any of the parties providing, or receiving a service, can abandon this service at any time.

– Parents claim that they took your form, payment for which went into the training of training. These were their obligations to the FSM. They fulfilled them.You refuse to fulfill yours.

TS: Under the contract, training is free. The form costs 646 rubles. She has a life of 20 months. Parents did not pay a dime for training. To say what they paid for the uniform, but paid for training, at least not correctly on their part. In order not to have misunderstanding, we distributed to all the acts of reconciliation in form, and all parents signed them. And now they are trying to blackmail us in such a way that this is not a form, but paying for training, although each of them clearly understood what he was paying for.

– In the new agreements, financial conditions are very difficult for Belarusian realities. This applies to both monthly payment and compensation in the case of football players to other football schools. Do you deliberately create such conditions to get rid of children and their parents or sincerely believe that people will sign such contracts? How many people are there?

TS: Why a lot? When we concluded the first agreements of 170 rubles, we also asked us how many children you gain? Have you seen how many wanted? Lots of.

N.M.: Our task is that parents pay for the cost of the preparation process. If it seems to someone that it is expensive, then I will say that this is our quality standard. It costs so much. We want competent coaches to work for us, receive a good education worthy of payment for their work and did not seek to go to big football at the slightest opportunity. Parents hire tutors in general subjects and pay much more. So why should football be cheap?

– Judging by your answers, you don’t see any problem in this situation?

N.M.: Of course not! We look only forward and with optimism. We have received serious knowledge and are ready to move on. Everything is just beginning with us!
