Tuning news: new sport package for Fiat 500 by Novitec

Company specialists Novitec, specializing in the refinement of Italian cars, have developed a new sports package for Fiat 500. The result of this work was, in particular, the possibility of improving the 1.3-liter turbodiesel and 1.4-liter gasoline engine.

Studio experts say: just a few minutes spent on tuning – connecting an additional control module to the engine – will allow the 1.3-liter engine to change its power from 70 to 83 horsepower. In practice, this means that, equipped with such refinement, the Fiat 500 will be able to reach speeds of up to 100 km / h in 11.9 seconds.

And for cars with a 1.4-liter gasoline engine, Novitec specialists have developed mechanical superchargers, with the help of which a 100-horsepower engine can already become 131-horsepower, which will allow the Fiat 500 transformed in this way to accelerate to 100 km / h in only 8, 8 sec.
