Litvak Mikhail Efimovich
(1938-2020)

Soviet and Russian psychologist, psychiatrist and psychotherapist, specialist in the treatment of schizophrenia, neurosis and depression. Author of numerous scientific articles and more than 30 books on practical and popular psychology, published in more than 5 million copies.

Developed a comprehensive therapeutic program and organizational model for the treatment of neuroses, which were successfully introduced into clinical practice

On the basis of the teachings of Z. Freud, A. Adler, B. Skinner, E. Berne and others, he created the methodology Psychological Aikido – about conflict resolution and constructive communication.

The author of the method of purposeful modeling of emotions, which is used in the training of leaders, businessmen and politicians.

The founder of the psychological public association – Club CROSS, which had branches in 40 regions of the Russian Federation and 23 countries.

He wrote the books Psychological Aikido, The Sperm Principle, If You Want to Be Happy and many others. others, which have become bestsellers and have been translated into many languages.

He taught at various universities in Rostov-on-Don.
