The Center for Physical Culture and Sports of the Eastern Administrative District reports that the Albatros FOC will open for visitors on October 1. The fitness center is located on Lukhmanovskaya Street. FOK has a 25-meter pool in which classes are held, including for people with health restrictions. Also on the basis of Albatros, sections for pensioners under the Moscow Longevity program are opened.

FOC has a 25-meter pool with five paths. It is equipped with devices for people with disabilities. The pool organized healing workshops for various groups of the population, as well as a sca -reerobic section. Sessions for classes of low -mobility groups of the population, children from low -income and large families have been allocated, work is underway on the line of KDNIZP on a free basis.

Sections of modern dance, rhythmic gymnastics, karate, taekwondo and general physical training are organized in the group programs. Time for classes with disabled people has been allocated.

As part of the Moscow Longevity project, gymnastics and Scandinavian walking are organized in FOK.
